From our website, go through the normal ordering process by selecting your computer's make, model and clip style until you reach the stage where you add the keys to your shopping cart.

On the right, above the shopping cart, click on "View Cart" (this is on the top right of every page). In your cart, the part number is shown. Some examples of this are CD1, DA4 and H4EGB. Your part number should look something like this.

Fill out the information below. The part number field should contain the part number that you are requesting. The Key(s) Requested field is where you place the keys that you need as an exchange. The Transaction ID is the 9 digit number that was shown when the order was completed. You should also have received this in your email inbox to the email address provided when you placed your order. One example of this would be 301746294.
