Step 1:

  • From our website, go through the normal ordering process by selecting the computer's make, model and keyboard type (of the item that you want to receive for the exchange) until you reach the stage where you add the keys to your shopping cart.
  • Note the part number(s) of the item(s) added to the cart. These are the part numbers you will use on the exchange form.

Step 2:

Fill out the information below by clicking and typing in the boxes. The "Part Number" field should contain the part number that you need. The "Key(s) Requested" field should list keys that you need.

The Transaction ID is the 9 digit number that was provided when the order was completed. You should also have received this in your email inbox to the email address provided when you placed your order. This number is also printed on the receipt you received with the product. If you do not have this, please contact us.

Step 3:

Print the exchange form with the information in the boxes filled out. If you do not have a printer, simply write the information from step 2 on a sheet of paper.

Step 4:

Package up the following:

  • All parts you wish to exchange in their original form
  • The original or duplicated receipt, if available.
  • The completed form above

Mail the contents from step 4 to the following address:
