Our Policies

Everything you need to know about shipping, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment — most orders ship within 24 hours.

To ensure your order arrives promptly, please verify that your shipping address is current and correct at checkout. We ship to the address provided at the time of ordering.

Laptop-Keys.com is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address due to buyer error.

International customers: please refer to the USPS International Service Updates for any restrictions on delivery to your country.

Note: The US Postal Service has notified us that they can no longer guarantee 2–3 day delivery times for Priority services.

Undamaged items may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The buyer may be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

Due to the nature of the products we offer, damage may occur during installation. If damage occurs and a part needs to be replaced, please contact customer service.

How to Return an Item

    Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide instructions and a return authorisation.

    Package all parts you wish to return in their original form, along with your original receipt if available.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided the order has not yet shipped.

If the order has already shipped within the 12-hour window, it can no longer be cancelled.

All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee — a non-refundable service fee charged to us by our payment processor.

You must contact customer service to request a cancellation.

Our team typically responds the same day.
